When the Ezra Meeker Historical Society took its covered wagon to Jacksonville, Ore., last summer, we met three sisters who are descendants of Caroline (Caddie) Meeker. Caddie was the daughter entrusted with the care of her mother, Eliza, when Ezra was on the road from 1906-08 and it was Caddie with whom Ezra corresponded extensively.

Everyone should be concerned about the effective evaluation of Puyallup School District staff.
