‘Colors’ exhibit a mixture of old and new

June 18, 2014

Arlene Wallace Towne worked for 10 years as a legal assistant for the city of Puyallup. Outside of work she is a budding artist. Towne is proud to showcase her second original art exhibit at the Puyallup City Hall Gallery, entitled “Colors.” Through Sept. 24, Towne’s 24 paintings depicting her passion for travel and the contrast between dark and hot, bright colors will be displayed on the fifth floor of city hall.

Towne said the exhibit is a “mixture of old and new.”

“Color is the main theme and is important to me,” Towne said.
