City installs flashing yellow arrow signal

February 26, 2014

Puyallup has installed a traffic signal along Valley Avenue Northwest at 27th Avenue Court Northwest. The signal is required as part of the proposed Port 167 Distribution Center development on the south side of the intersection.

The signal will be turned on this week. It will include a flashing yellow arrow, which will tell drivers that left turns must yield to oncoming traffic and pedestrians.

The Puyallup Herald is pleased to provide this opportunity to share information, experiences and observations about what's in the news. Some of the comments may be reprinted elsewhere in the site or in the newspaper. We encourage lively, open debate on the issues of the day, and ask that you refrain from profanity, hate speech, personal comments and remarks that are off point.
