Stroller Strides starts prenatal fitness class

January 29, 2014

Stroller Strides, a national organization that supports new moms with mom-and-baby fitness programs, will launch an exclusive prenatal fitness program on Feb. 4.

“We’re very excited about this expansion into prenatal fitness,” said Cody Howell, owner of FIT4MOM Puyallup.

Classes will be offered from 6 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday nights at Competitive Edge in Puyallup.

Women who are pregnant are encouraged to obtain a doctor’s clearance before they start Fit4Baby or any other exercise program.

For more information, call Howell at 253-495-4151 or email codi@ fit4mom.com.
